Axiom Capital is a professional team with over 20 years of deep industry expertise in the software market. Every year, we review more than 350 startups and invest in a select few, diving deep into their market strategy, operations, best practices, and the mechanisms they use to solve common growth challenges.
As the CEO of Axiom Capital, I personally went through the journey of a tech entrepreneur — from the ground up to building a market leader in higher education and achieving a successful exit. Over the years, I’ve worked as a software developer, built B2B sales and channel distribution, managed IT companies under trust management, chaired the ICT committee at the National Chamber, and served as an independent director on the boards of seven joint-stock companies across various industries. This experience has given me a broad business network, strong technological perspective, and a deep understanding of market dynamics at every stage of growth.
I believe that the world’s challenges can be solved through the creation of high-quality companies — where revenue reflects the real value delivered to customers. The mission of Axiom Capital is to help entrepreneurs build businesses with a capitalization of $100 million and beyond.

We offer a Growth Advisory service — a collaborative effort to design your company across core dimensions: target market, ideal customer profile, product logic, business model, team, go-to-market strategy, and financial model. This is followed by regular strategic tracking sessions every two weeks (2 hours each), focused on key operational and strategic areas: sales, customer experience, hiring, product, metrics, and investment readiness. We also provide support in making critical decisions during times of uncertainty — including negotiations, strategic pivots, team changes, and fundraising.
As a startup founder, you receive:
– A structured growth strategy, with validated market size, value proposition, venture-grade growth targets, and investment readiness
– Decision-making support during complex moments, backed by years of hands-on leadership and technology experience
